In collaboration with local Bayside architects Peter Wright and Associates, this project was a joy to build for a private developer client of CBG’s that entrusts us as their builder time and time again.

A large, old weatherboard home was demolished to make way for the ultimate in style and comfort, family living. The two dwellings consist of 4 bedrooms, bathroom, powder room, ensuite off master bed, downstairs open plan living, kitchen, meals area, additional living space upstairs, double garage, outdoor alfresco dining area with courtyard, and a large balcony overlooking the stunning Royal Melbourne Golf Course.

The design had a huge focus on natural light, incorporating sky lights throughout, a large feature window up the stairwell, and large windows around most of the home.
The development ran smoothly and was incident free.
